the location offered amazing ocean views. breakfast in the restaurant was great. the staff seemed helpful and attentive .
the room i had wasn't wow for the price, especially the bathroom. it felt very ordinary. there was a sports event happening at the hotel, and it was very disruptive. there were many people, and it was loud and noisy.

lovely poolattentive staffgood drinks
the hotel is right on the beach. the pool was lovely, with many sunbeds available. the staff was attentive, greeting guests and maintaining order. the bartender, robert, was very attentive and made good drinks.
the main regular menu could be larger. there are not many options.

the hotel has a dive shop located on site. the new swimming pools were amazing with a pool bar. poolside towels were available to use near the pool.

the location is fine, with lush gardens. the hotel is close enough to shopping and restaurants. it is easy to access transportation, with tuk-tuks and taxis available from the front desk into town.

the room was clean, with air conditioning working. the beds were spacious, so i could sleep well. zanzariere were arranged around the bed every evening. the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed.

the beachfront location provided easy access to water sports. the food was amazing!!! the staff were warm and cute.
there was no wi-fi in the rooms. the wi-fi in the hotel lobby also did not work very well. it was often cutting out. the small pool has issues that no one is fixing.

The new pools are a great improvement. I found the pool bar especially nice. The grounds are beautiful and receive excellent care. The setting is fantastic.
